Ingredients: Pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments, aroma of smoke. Smoked scamorza is made with pasteurized whole cow’s milk. The dough is soft, the taste is pleasantly sweet with essence of smoking. Salting takes place in saturated brine. And of small size, small ball type, ideal as a table cheese.
